Individual Counselling run through NCI program
Our individual counselling service provides a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges—whether you're facing stress, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or simply need someone to talk to.
All our NCI counsellors are qualified professionals who generously volunteer their time. They use a variety of counselling modalities to suit your personal needs and goals, ensuring the approach is right for you.
These services are completely free of charge, and individuals can refer themselves or be referred with the consent of their family. We're here to walk alongside you—at your pace, in your way.
Family counselling run through the CFSS program
CFSS (Caboolture Family Support Service) offers FREE counselling support for children (from unborn to 18 years) and their parents or caregivers. Whether you’re navigating parenting challenges, concerns around your child’s wellbeing, or simply need extra support, we’re here to help.
Our qualified counsellors work with both children and adults using a range of approaches tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Sessions are designed to strengthen relationships, support child safety, and build practical tools for caring and coping.
This service is completely free of charge. Families can refer themselves or be referred with consent. CFSS is here to walk alongside you—supporting safer, stronger families, one step at a time.
Family Counselling Criteria

There is a child/children under 18 living in the home.

The family would benefit from access to family support, intervention and/or referral to specialist support service.

The child/children are not currently under a child protection order.
